Else, who can explain why they consume so many eggs?? When I was out and about Siem Reap, you can see balut (sorry yet to recall the khmer name for it..last-of-the-dragon , you are suppose to tell me!!) everywhere! And usually its 3 eggs per serving..
Looking at how the locals devour the eggs was so tempting that even I had to try!!
Still, we managed to find a restaurant that didnt really like eggs that much.....
Zee poor eggs.. am sure that it screamed and bled till death before its served to us...Maybe guys seeking more "action" would prefer the 'Pumpking' soup? :p
