1. without air-con for 25 minutes,
2. were packed like sardines
3. and many LRTs went pass without stopping at my stop
And I have to face this early in the morning, on my way to work. What a way to start work!! Smelly and sweaty. I had to attend a meeting on the same morning. It was disgusting. Was I pissed or what!

Anyways, I decided to send my scathing feedback to Putra, since this is not the first time I encountered this issue. Its been nearly a fortnight now, since I sent the email to Putra Lrt.. I doubt I'll ever get a reply. And Yes, the issues remains. No improvements whatsoever.. sigh.....why am I not surprised? Is it time to drive to work instead?? *shudder*
