Heading up to DC and cannot get a reservation anywhere near our hotel in Penn Quarter!! Jose Andres take pity- I am dying to go to Zaytinya or Jaleo, but alas only if I want to eat at 10 pm!!!
Since my husband is a diabetic, that is out of the question.
Any suggestions from readers on other places in that area (or a short cab ride) where I can get some really good food?!
