Was at Bangsar shopping recently and before we know it, it's lunch time!
With plenty of restaurants around, we were definitely pampered with choices, and we finally decided to have japanese at Mizu.
The first impression you get when you see Mizu's facade is that it's expensive..
But when you step in, it feels cozy and warm...good place for a laid back, relaxing meal.
The lunch menu was actually very reasonable with plenty to choose from, and we had..
Gindara Teriyaki Set (RM28)![](https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjbjddDbhY_00wSqbBUPfb_G3BQLiblKmIg0JzEVADNuKgZUrH4HyfJxZvhv4MaCt0Z4wb3sfv-8WlSXP82YOVbXO_BiGBcxKIEQ4eGPGI3j6ogO_NOH2sHRB5BrVIxgeq3vRb40S1UFkyL/s400/PB050323.JPG)
The set includes some sliced vegetables (preserved?), miso soup and silky smooth chawan mushi that practically glides down one's throat. The texture was just perfect, one of the loveliest I've come across so far.![](https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEhCM2fpKX02DphUOCjAOvAhXuGv7thTQGYRj6SrjJU-w2gGgsOYTDxddWsOVuRQNcUp6aC0Psl9GXbOBGBfv8iiFnvmX2DERqe1Zg1TzpuuBVB2To_-5zoypkDuAXvFbmUHCdNbZKh7FPEG/s400/PB050325.JPG)
As for the cod, it was nicely grilled with crisp skin and juicy meat. Good value for money indeed.
The Saba Set (RM22)..
Served with the same sides, the saba set was quite substantial. Again, the grilled timing was immaculate, so the meat was extremely juicy (it was oozing when I ate it) while the skin had the crackle pop crispiness. Very tasty.![](https://blogger.googleusercontent.com/img/b/R29vZ2xl/AVvXsEjvE15NrBq2RZX-sJ9F-cH4coUEa9qI25HrljAMrnwZZNdRT2BTw6OGFQ3LwUSbkZMEFVDbF8H8jEdzM4oXx2qjT6FxDzWOkaRKx9r8yIbrzRrot9lXWTStaPe92WkHgZveCNSJ6fWwsQJY/s400/PB050326.JPG)
We ended the meal with some mix fruit yoghurt thing which was part of the set..
Overall a good meal, we'll be back for more in the future :).
